I specialize in dogs with behavioral issues and special needs. I also do breed standard cuts. I work with many pets of all shapes and sized, special needs or not. Please review our policies before your appointment.
Fancy Fluff Grooming maintains a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $15 late notice fee for scheduled services over $20.
This fee must be paid before the client will be allowed to reschedule or book with us again.
No-call, no-show clients will be charged 50% of the total scheduled services.
The balance must be resolved before another appointment can be scheduled.
All pets must be in good health when scheduled or have a signed release from a veterinarian.
We will look them over upon intake, and if we identify a health concern during grooming, we will notify you and may recommend veterinary care.
If a medical emergency happens during a pet's groom, we will immediately seek veterinary care.
Pets must be up to date on rabies and Bordetella vaccinations to receive services.
Please send a photo of vaccination records to Fancy Fluff Grooming before service or upload them to your pet's portal.
We accommodate pets with special needs and behavioral concerns. Muzzles may be used when necessary for the safety of the pet and groomer.
Fancy Fluff Grooming follows a humanity over vanity policy. We will always prioritize what is safest and best for your pet.
Pets must be dropped off at their designated appointment time and picked up within one hour of being completed.
Early drop-off or late pickup will result in a daycare fee being added to the total charge.
Daycare is available for pets staying longer than their grooming appointments at $15 for the day.
All pets must be picked up by 5:30 PM.
If pets are not picked up by closing time, they will be safely placed into boarding overnight at the owner's expense.
